I wanted to take a minute to provide you some positive feedback about one of your realtors, Linda DiPietro, out of your Mentor office. I know in my position, as President of Human Resources, I appreciate hearing from our “customers” and learning how we can improve our business. After going through two other realtors, one from one of your competitors and one within your organization, we made a change due to our dissatisfaction with the lack of service and support and no proactive approach in trying to “market” our home several realtors after wanting to make a change, and we selected Linda. My assessment was that Linda was someone who truly cared about her customers and would be aggressive in marketing our home. As difficult as the market has been, Linda never gave up. She maintained a positive and professional approach with us as all times. She truly went over and above in dealing with many challenges in the sale of our home. She is truly a professional and someone I would absolutely recommend to friends and colleagues when they have a need. There aren’t enough people that demonstrate the positive traits that Linda does; again, her professionalism, positive approach, strong marketing tactics, keeping us informed, not over-promising, and doing little things to make the house look better. Needless to say, after 18 months, our house finally sold this week. I know that Linda was instrumental in making this happen. Again, I think it is important that people in the corporate office know who has a “thumbprint” on the overall success of their business, and Linda is one of them
